Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you submit the assessment form we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, property address, the project types you check, and any details you add. Our web infrastructure also logs standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes technical signals under Google's own privacy policy.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to review your property against fire hazard zone data, prepare a compliance assessment, and connect you with a CSLB-licensed contractor who can perform the work you asked about. We may contact you by phone or email about your request. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be used to improve the site, including advertising measurement tools such as the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
Who we share it with
Your submission is shared with the licensed contractor or contractors who handle your assessment, and with the service providers that operate our form processing and communications. Disclosure: this network's operator also owns a fence contracting company, and fence inquiries may be referred to it. You are never obligated to use it. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by calling (213) 279-1931. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
